Testing Method
We define the question, expected outcome, relevant product and plan, starting state, and important risks before testing. We then reproduce the workflow in a controlled environment and record the observed result.
Test data and evidence
We prefer synthetic data designed to exercise the workflow without exposing personal, client, or confidential information. We record the tested date, environment, limitations, sources, and material steps needed to reproduce the result.
One successful run does not guarantee the same outcome in every account. Product versions, permissions, regions, integrations, plan limits, and later software changes may affect the result.
Retesting
We retest when a material product change or credible correction may affect an article, and during scheduled reviews where practical. A retest updates the tested information or records a limitation; it does not turn a result into a guarantee.
